"Not as soft as they made it sound"
I was expecting this to have a softer, more natural scent based on how it was described, but it felt like another broken promise. When I first put it on, it was way too strong for me. It does calm down after a while, which I appreciate, so I don’t totally hate it. I just wish it actually matched what was promised. It’s okay, but not something I’m excited about. 3 stars from me.

"Texture was just alright"
I thought this would spread through my hair a little more easily, but the texture feels kind of thick for me?? It’s not bad or anything, just not quite what I expected.

"Such a simple thing to get wrong"
This should’ve been easy. The box showed up completely crushed and there was stuff leaking everywhere. I wasn’t expecting anything fancy, just decent packaging so it could arrive in one piece.

"I’m picky about what I put in..."
I’m picky about what I put in my hair, some of the ingredients felt a little cheap or harsh to me. I was expecting something that seemed more gentle and hair-care focused, so this just didn’t really match what I had in mind

"The site was kind of a hassle to use"
I tried shopping on mouniahaircare.com, it was just frustrating. The pages were loading slowly for me, and the menu felt all over the place. I kept clicking around way more than I expected just to find basic things.

The checkout part wasn’t much better either. I got confused a couple of times and was close to just giving up. Maybe other people have a smoother experience, but for me, it felt way harder than it needed to be

"Left my hair feeling dull..."
I was hoping this would make my hair feel softer, but it kind of did the opposite? After using it, my hair didn’t feel smooth at all, and the shine I usually have was pretty much gone. Not the worst thing ever, but yeah... I expected better and wasn’t really happy with the results

"A bit too expensive for what you get"
I just didn’t feel like it was worth the money. For the price, I was expecting a better experience, but it felt like the value wasn’t really there. Not a terrible product, just too pricey for the what you get

"Too heavy for my fine hair"
I really wanted this to work, but it just didn’t do the one basic thing I needed, which was keep my thin hair feeling light. Instead, it made my hair feel weighed down and kind of greasy. I can see it maybe being better for thicker curls, but for my fine hair, it was frustrating

"Shipping was fine, tracking kinda slow"
It showed up a bit later than I thought, but shipping was still okay overall. The tracking was just slow to update, so I was kinda guessing where it was for a while.

"Kept hoping it would kick in, but nothing changed"
I used this hair oil for almost a month and I’m kind of frustrated because I really wanted it to work. Some days I thought maybe my hair felt a tiny bit softer, but then the dryness and frizz were right back like usual. It gave me mixed signals the whole time, but in the end I didn’t see any real difference. Maybe it does something for other people, but for me it just wasn’t worth it

"I really liked the products, but the customer..."
I really liked the products, but the customer service side was frustrating. It took a while to hear back, and when you finally get a reply, you kind of expect it to answer your question, but it didn’t really help much. I ended up having to message again just to get basic info. Not the worst experience ever, but definitely slower than I’d hoped.

"Noticed some baby hairs after a few months"
After using it for a few months, I did start seeing some baby hairs coming in, which was encouraging. I haven’t noticed a huge difference beyond that yet, though. I’m curious if others had the same slow start and saw more results later on.
